• Seed Technologist Mandate: Manufacturing licenses require a technologist holding a B.Sc. (Agri) or an M.Sc. in Seed Technology/Botany from a recognized university, such as **Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya (JNKVV)**, Jabalpur, or **Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya (RVSKVV)**, Gwalior.
• Processing Infrastructure Check: Inspectors review cleaner configurations, gravity separator calibration logs, godown air circulation setups, and batch control ledgers.
• O-Form Source Certificate: Required to link wholesale/dealer dockets to registered seed manufacturing facilities.

Applicants must register on the dealer licensing section, upload layout designs, machinery details, technologist qualification degrees, shop/warehouse rent agreements, and pay processing fees online to secure an inspection date.
