Key Requirements for Seed Wholesalers

• Storage Premise Proof: Ownership deed or rent agreement for dry, insect-free godowns with coordinates.
• Layout Sketch: A scale blueprint showing ventilation, stacking arrangements, and safety routes.
• Source Certification (Form O): Standard authorization certificates issued by the seed manufacturer or certified breeder.
• Business Incorporations: GST registration, PAN card, and partnership deed or certificate of incorporation.

Mandatory Form B Register Compliance

Wholesalers must maintain a **Form B Stock Register** mapping: date of transaction, seed variety name, lot numbers, source certificate linkages, quantities received/sold, and outstanding balance. This register is inspected during agricultural audits.
